  I purchased a very pricey dishwasher from A1 in Sept 2015. 16 months later KAPUT! Not only did they come out right away, they made a total of 4 service calls in 2 weeks, contacted the manufacturer and got it running like a top again. Yes, I paid for the first service call and all the parts (warranty was only 1 year) - but they kept coming till it was fixed. That's good business
